Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, without tag or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
If we sent a correct product and size but you have any issue in size or anything, you can raise an exchange request, but in this case, you have to pay the shipping charges (charges will be according to product dimension). in case of return, you have to pay ₹100 minimum till 500gm parcel, charges will be varied according to dimension or weight of the parcel
Return and exchange is not allowed in some mention collection - laddu gopal furniture, jewelry section and items which have price below (₹100) (note - opening video compulsory in case of defect)
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

If your return is approved, A coupon of the calculated amount after will be provided to you for further purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
